For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 expected. * WHERE...Brooks, Coastal Kenedy, Inland Kenedy, Inland Willacy, Jim Hogg, and Northern Hidalgo Counties. * WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Monday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 3 AM to 8 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
