* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 18 degrees expected. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 20 degrees expected.

* WHERE...All of Deep South Texas with the exception of the barrier
island.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Take steps now to finish protecting cold sensitive
plants and crops. Frost and freeze conditions could damage crops,
other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

Information:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Sensitive outdoor plants may be damaged by frost if left uncovered.
