For the Freezing Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog. * WHERE...Davis Mountains Foothills and Van Horn and Highway 54 Corridor. * WHEN...Until noon CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
