At 414 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Jarratt, or near Emporia, moving northeast at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Sussex around 425 AM EDT.
Waverly and Homeville around 435 AM EDT.
