Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida, Vilas, Florence, Forest, Menominee, Northern Marinette County, Northern Oconto County, and Southern Marinette counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 1 PM CDT Friday.
