Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches tonight into Friday morning. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow likely. Total snow accumulations in excess of 8" likely this weekend. Localized totals will exceed 12". Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Rusk County. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM CDT Friday.
