...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING... ...HEAVY SNOW AND BLIZZARD CONDITIONS INTO THIS MORNING... .Light to heavy snow is ongoing across west central and southwest Wisconsin and eastern portions of southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa. With winds gusting to 35 to 50 mph, visibility reductions to as low as 1/4 of a mile are occurring. These blizzard and near blizzard conditions will continue to lead to treacherous travel through the early morning hours. * WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Minnesota and central, north central, and west central Wisconsin. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
