* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portage, Waushara, Wood, Calumet, Manitowoc, Winnebago,
Brown, Kewaunee, Outagamie, and Waupaca Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A rain and snow mix is expected with total
snow accumulations of a trace to 2 inches. The highest amounts
along and north of a line from Marshfield to Clintonville to Green
Bay to Kewaunee.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 12 and
18 inches with localized totals in excess of 24 inches possible.
Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portage, Waushara, Wood, Calumet, Manitowoc, Winnebago,
Brown, Kewaunee, Outagamie, and Waupaca Counties.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may
down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout
and near blizzard conditions are possible and may make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very
difficult to impossible.
