...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 11 AM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 2 to 3 inches
across the area, locally higher amounts are possible near the
ridgetops. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Western Garrett County. In West Virginia,
Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. Strong winds
could cause tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Behind a very strong cold front, temperatures
will fall rapidly through the evening and night. This may lead to
flash freeze conditions as temperatures plummet to below freezing.
Wind chill temperatures tonight will fall into the lower single
digits.
