Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Locally higher snowfall amounts are possible near the ridgetops and higher windward slopes. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Southeast Randolph, Southeast Webster, and Southeast Nicholas Counties. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 5 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Behind a very strong cold front, temperatures will fall rapidly through the evening and night.
