...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM MDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Very hot conditions with high temperatures from 95 to 102
degrees.

* WHERE...Lower elevations of central and north-central Wyoming, east
of the Continental Divide.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some locations will not see temperatures fall
below 90 degrees until sunset. Temperatures at midnight will still
be 75 to 80 degrees. Overnight low temperatures eventually
bottom-out in the mid to upper 60s.

Information:
Drink plenty of hydrating fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room,
stay out of the sun, and check on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or late evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion
and heat stroke.
