* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Central Highlands, Eastern Lincoln County, South Central
Highlands, South Central Mountains, Guadalupe County, Northeast
Highlands, and Southwest Chaves County.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust will drop visibility below a half
mile at times in dust-prone locations.
