* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations
between 8 and 14 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45
mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and northeast South
Dakota.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Whiteout
conditions may make travel extremely dangerous or impossible.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
