* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30
kt and seas 7 to 8 ft expected. For the Gale Warning,
southeast winds 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 10
to 15 ft expected.

* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision from 15 to 90 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 3 PM this afternoon
to 9 PM AKST this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 9 PM
this evening to 6 AM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
