...HYDROLOGIC OUTLOOK IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON FOR RAINFALL IN THE KOBUK, NOATAK, AND WULIK RIVER VALLEYS... ESFAFG ...Locations Impacted... Streams draining southern slopes of the Western Brooks Range. Incoming rainfall from a atmospheric river will bring rainfall to the southern slopes of the western end of the Brooks Range through Friday. Rainfall totals may exceed two inches in some locations and cause significant rises on small streams. The Kobuk, Noatak, and Wulik Rivers should also see rises from this system into the weekend, but no flooding is expected.
