...REFREEZING SNOW MELT AND RAIN MAY CAUSE SLIPPERY CONDITIONS NEXT WEEK... A band of moisture will move through the Interior Monday and Tuesday, bringing with it warmer air and periods of widespread rainfall which could approach upwards of an inch for some locations. Cooling conditions during the overnight hours, especially after the system departs, will lead to refreezing of snow-melt and rain on roadways, creating particularly slick and slippery conditions.
