* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts of 50 to 60 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Anchorage and Eagle River Hillsides, mainly above 1000 feet
elevation.

* WHEN...From 3 PM Thursday to 1 AM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be late Thursday
afternoon through early Thursday evening.
