Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts up to 40 mph possible along the Parks Hwy towards Anderson. There is a chance wind gusts could be stronger depending on the track and strength of the low moving across the YK Delta.
