The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of heavy snow is possible across the coast of the Western Kenai Peninsula, including the Sterling Highway corridor Tuesday afternoon. Snowfall rates of an inch per hour in heavy snow is possible, leading to significantly reduced visibility of one half mile or less at times.
