...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM AKDT THIS MORNING... ...A BAND OF ORGANIZED SHOWERS WILL MOVE OVER SOUTHERN PANHANDLE THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY... .A semi organized band of showers will primarily move across Prince of Wales Island and the southern inner channels Thursday night and Friday. Shower activity can have highly variable accumulations and may track inland variably. * WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. * WHERE...Prince of Wales Island. * WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Due to the scattered nature & varying intensity of these snow showers, snow accumulations and impacts will be highly variable across the region.
