For the Gale Warning, northwest winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 4 to 6 ft expected. For the Freezing Spray Advisory, moderate accumulation of freezing spray expected. * WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA including the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM EST this afternoon. For the Freezing Spray Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in freezing spray is hazardous.
