For the Freezing Spray Advisory, moderate accumulation of freezing spray expected. * WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia- North Carolina border out to 20 nm. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 4 AM EST Tuesday. For the Freezing Spray Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in freezing spray is hazardous.
