* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25
kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 4 to 7 feet. For the Gale
Watch, west winds 25 to 35 kt and seas 8 to 12 feet possible.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Montauk NY to Marthas Vineyard
extending out to 20 nm South of Block Island.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM EDT this
morning. For the Gale Watch, from late tonight through
Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
