* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 250 and 251.

* TIMING...From 11 AM to 9 PM MDT Thursday.

* WINDS...West 30 to 35 mph with gusts 50 to 55 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be favorable for rapid fire spread.
