Winds gusting as high as 30 to 40 mph. * WHERE...Southeastern St. Lawrence County. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Friday. The heaviest snow will fall through this evening. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout conditions may occur and holiday travel will be difficult.
