The National Weather Service in Sacramento CA has issued a Red Flag Warning. * AFFECTED AREA...The coastal foothills of Glenn and Colusa Counties. * TIMING...From 11 AM Saturday to 11 AM PDT Monday. * WINDS...Gusts 20 to 35 mph. South to southwest winds Saturday morning and afternoon, becoming north to northeast Saturday evening through Monday.
