In Nevada, Northern Washoe County. * WHEN...From 11 AM Saturday to 2 AM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Blowing dust may reduce visibilities. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase Saturday morning and afternoon, with the strongest winds expected Saturday evening. Winds will very slowly decrease late Saturday night into early Sunday morning behind the cold front.
