* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 20 knots
and waves 4 to 7 feet. For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 30
to 35 knots with gusts up to 50 knots and waves 6 to 11 feet
expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Vermilion to
Geneva-on-the-Lake OH.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM EDT this
afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM Friday to 4 AM EDT
Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Information: 
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
