* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 knots with gusts up to 50 knots
and waves 8 to 13 feet expected.

* WHERE...The open waters of Lake Erie from Vermilion to Geneva-
on-the-Lake OH.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Friday to 4 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
