* WHAT...South winds to 35 knots becoming southwest with gusts up
to 50 knots and waves 7 to 10 feet expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Geneva-on-the-
Lake OH to Ripley NY.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM EDT this
afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from noon Friday to 4 AM EDT
Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Information:

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
