* WHAT...South winds to 35 knots becoming southwest with gusts up
to 50 knots and waves 5 to 8 feet expected.

* WHERE...The open waters of Lake Erie from Geneva-on-the-Lake
OH to Buffalo NY.

* WHEN...From noon Friday to 4 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
