* WHAT...Snow expected above 9000 feet. Total snow accumulations
between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Flat Tops, Southwest San Juan Mountains, Grand and
Battlement Mesas, and West Elk and Sawatch Mountains.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT Sunday Night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Gusty
winds could bring down tree branches.
