...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM MST TUESDAY... * WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph. * WHERE...South Laramie Range and Foothills including the Interstate 80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. In addition, areas of blowing snow could lead to reduced visibility, even whiteout conditions, and slick roads.
