At 25.0 feet, Flooding begins at the east border of Agency. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 24.6 feet Saturday morning.
