Grand River near Gallatin affecting Livingston and Daviess Counties. Grand River near Pattonsburg affecting Gentry and Daviess Counties. Grand River near Brunswick affecting Carroll and Chariton Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Chillicothe. * WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Low-lying cropland floods. At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.3 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this afternoon to 32.2 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall early tomorrow afternoon. It will rise to 29.8 feet tomorrow evening.
