For the second Small Craft Advisory, north winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 5 to 8 ft expected. * WHERE...All of the tidal lakes, sounds, and open Gulf waters. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, through 9 AM CST Monday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 9 AM to 6 PM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
