* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
rough bay waters expected.

* WHERE...Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

* WHEN...From noon Friday to 6 PM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This small craft advisory covers a period
of strong winds and high seas in advance of Saturday night's
expected frontal passage. Another advisory when north winds
behind the front strengthen will likely be needed.

Information: 
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
