* WHERE...Rota northwestern Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A shear line remains across northwestern
waters, keeping seas elevated to around 9 feet and frequent
gusts to 25 kt.
