Freezing fog and light snow flurries are possible over the summits through Thursday afternoon. * WHAT....For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow flurries and freezing fog. For the Winter Storm Watch, blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulation of 12 to 18 inches. Winds could gust as high as 110 mph. * WHERE...Big Island Summits of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa above 12,000 feet elevation. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM HST Thursday.
