* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wakenda Creek at Carrollton.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying undeveloped areas
along the creek begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this afternoon and continue falling to 3.5 feet Tuesday
morning.
