...The National Weather Service in North Platte NE has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Nebraska...

North Platte River near Lisco affecting Garden County.

.An ice jam will cause water to infiltrate the lowlands along the
river.

For the North Platte River...including Lisco...Minor flooding is
forecast.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued Monday morning at 900 AM MST.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...North Platte River near Lisco.

* WHEN...From this evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Minor flooding with
substantial low lying areas flooded along the south side of the
river. Flooding begins along the north side of the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:45 PM MST Sunday the stage was 4.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 3.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 5:45 PM MST Sunday was 4.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood
stage at 4.1 feet until further notice. Fluctuations of one
foot are possible as the river thaws and re-freezes.
- Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
4.2 feet on 05/30/2015.
