...HIGH WIND WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 AM CDT FRIDAY... * WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...Crow Wing and South and Cass Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow will accompany the high winds dropping visibilities to less than a 1/2 of a mile.
