* WHAT...Northwest winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 80 mph.

* WHERE...Golden Valley, Billings, Stark, Slope, Hettinger, Bowman,
and Adams Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings and
signs. Tree branches may be broken and lead to power outages.
Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
