Any fires will have the potential to spread very quickly, and outdoor burning is strongly discouraged. * AFFECTED AREA...Much of southwestern into west central Iowa. * WIND...Southwest winds of 25 to 35 MPH, with gusts to near 50 MPH at times. * HUMIDITY...Falling to around 25% this afternoon and evening. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
