...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected through 7 PM. Winds then turn to the northwest at 20 to
30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...In Iowa, Fremont and Page Counties. In Nebraska, Otoe
County.

* WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening.
For the second Wind Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 4 AM CDT
Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
