...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM MDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...High temperatures up to 100 degrees expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and southwest Montana.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heat will peak on today. While
temperatures will not be quite as hot Sunday, highs will still be
in the mid to upper 90s.

Information:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

If you must spend time outdoors, wear lightweight and loose fitting
clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or
evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
