* IMPACTS...At 6.5 feet, County Road FX begins to flood

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:15 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 5.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 3.8 feet Sunday,
