* WHERE...Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby
Counties.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel conditions remain very difficult. Plan on
slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the
Monday morning commute.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use
