inches with up to 10 inches possible. Winds could gust up to 25
mph.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Illinois and east
central, northeast, and southeast Iowa.

* WHEN...From midnight Friday Night to 6 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
