* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 10 below. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind
chills as low as 19 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana and east central, north
central, northwest, and south central Kentucky.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/
this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 7 PM EST /6 PM
CST/ this evening to 11 AM EST /10 AM CST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Information: 
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
